My stay at the hotel was a mix of great location and spacious rooms, but with some room for improvement in the dining options. The service was top-notch, and the facilities were enjoyable.
The hotel rooms didn't match what was shown on the website and were located far from the main lobby but provided ample space for our family. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, though there was a slight issue with refusing menu orders. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach, although it could be noisy on weekends. The dining experience was excellent but not extensive enough for longer stays.
The resort offers a way nicer experience suitable for a special trip, despite needing a room refurbishment to meet modern standards and lacking in service quality throughout. While the construction site view from our room was not ideal, the location amidst 3 blocks with neighboring buildings could be off-putting.
